Terms & Conditions
PetExpo 2024 is organised by MP Singapore Pte Ltd, also known as the “Organiser” in this Terms and Conditions.

Ticketing

Online & On-Site Purchase

• Visitor(s) should receive a Confirmation Email with QR Code(s) upon purchase via PetExpo website.
• Day and 3-Day Passes will be sold at S$5 and S$12 online respectively.
• Day and 3-Day Passes will be sold at S$6 and S$14 on-site respectively.
• Day Passes are ONLY valid for the date purchased.
• All admission passes sold are NON-refundable, NON-exchangeable and NOT for resale.
• By purchasing the tickets online, visitors are deemed to have agreed to the collection of their personal details for the purpose of future PetExpo marketing promotions, unless or otherwise stated.
• Visitor(s) must present the Confirmation QR Code to collect their wristband(s) for entry at the ticketing counter(s).
• Visitor(s) who purchased tickets under the SAFRA and PAssion promotion should present their SAFRA/PAssion  card/e-card for verification purposes upon collection.
• In conjunction with the 10th edition of PetExpo, complimentary admission will be given to Pioneer and Merdeka Generation Card Holders. Pioneer and Generation Card Holders must present their card upon arriving at PetExpo to enjoy this promotion.

Admission

• Admission is strictly for ONE person per wristband.
• Wristbands are to be worn in the hall at all times.
• Children below 12 years old are entitled to complimentary admission.
• Pets are entitled to complimentary admission.
• Visitors will be issued a colour-coded wristband per day, per person as proof of entry to PetExpo.
• Admission is at Singapore EXPO Hall 5B from 11am to 7.30pm on 15 March 2024, 10am to 7.30pm on 16 and 17 March 2024.
• For those who have collected their wristband, you can enter the hall from the re-entry point at Hall 6.
• Single-day wristbands cannot be used for multiple-day entry.
• No replacement wristband(s) will be issued for lost and/or damaged wristband(s).

Goodie Bag Collection

• Goodie Bag redemption starts from 1-3pm daily at the Goodie Bag Collection Booth.
• All visitors must present their proof of completion of the PetExpo attendee survey to redeem the goodie bag.
• All goodie bags are issued on a first-come first-served basis whilst stocks last.
  • Each visitor is only eligible to redeem ONE (1) goodie bag.
  • Visitors may not claim the goodie bag on behalf of another visitor
• Contents of each goodie bag may vary and are non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• The organiser reserves the right to reject any redemptions who do not meet the above terms and conditions.
• No correspondence will be entertained on any matters relating to the organiser’s decision on the issuance and redemption of Goodie Bags.
• In conducting the attendee survey, the Organiser collects personal data (email, full name and contact number) from visitors. In redeeming or collecting your PetExpo goodie bag, you consent to allowing the organiser to collect, use, disclose or otherwise process this personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by the law. Acceptance of any goodie bag shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organiser by each visitor from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the visitor may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the survey, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the redemption as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the products/items within the Goodie bag, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the survey, products/items and/or use or enjoyment of the same. Lucky Draw

• To participate, all entries must be submitted by 1755 hrs. The lucky draw is conducted daily at 1800 hrs on PetExpo event days.
• All visitors must present their receipt stub or e-ticket upon being called to redeem their prizes.
  I. Each visitor is only eligible to win ONE (1) prize on the same day.
  II. Visitors may not claim the prize on behalf of another visitor.
• Participants who submit invalid entries wholly or partially or are not present during the lucky draw timing will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in such an event.
• All prizes are NON-transferable, NON-exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, and any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
• The organiser reserves the right to reject any redemptions who do not meet the above terms and conditions.
• The organiser reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
• By participating in the lucky draw, the Participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and/or disclosure or otherwise process of the personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except were prohibited by the law. Acceptance of any prizes shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organiser by each visitor from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the visitor may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the lucky draw, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the redemption as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the products/items won, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the lucky draw, products/items and/or use or enjoyment of the same. • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof. Please check the Organiser’s Official Website for the most current version of the Rules and Regulations. Your Participation in the Event signifies your agreement to be bound by the most current version of Rules and Regulations published on the Organiser’s Official Website prior to the date of your Participation.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the Organiser will make an effort to inform the Participants prior to the date of the Event/ Lucky Draw. If the Event/ Lucky draw has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of paid and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.

Pet Owners’ Responsibility

• Pet owners are required by law to leash your dog(s) in public places.
• Leashing the dog(s) is part of being a responsible pet owner. You can better control the dog and prevent it from getting lost or from disturbing others unintentionally.
• Dog breeds specified in the 1 Second Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules must be muzzled in public.
  • 1 Second Schedule Part I: Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier or American Pit Bull or Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull dog), Akita, Mastiffs (Perro De Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff), Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Boerboel and their crosses. Part II: Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd (Belgian Shepherd, East European Shepherd), Mastiffs (Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Dogue De Bordeaux) and their crosses.
• Dog owners must be responsible and considerate to others by making sure their dogs are not a nuisance e.g. excess barking, bad behaviour, aggressiveness.
• Owners are responsible for and must be able to handle their own pets. Please clean up after your own pet with pee pads and poop bags provided by the Organiser.
• PetExpo 2024 provides Designated Areas for Pets at the event. Please feel free to make full use of the Pet Toilets placed specially for pets to complete their businesses, be it big or small.
• By bringing pet(s) to the event venue, owners certify that their pet(s) are clean and healthy.  The Organiser will refuse entry for pets infested with ticks, are sick or unwell.
• By entering the event hall, all visitors fully indemnify the Organiser against all liabilities including but not limited to claims, damages, losses, injuries and/or death, for whatever reasons, caused by persons and/or animals. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any persons and/or animals for any cause deemed not in the best interest to the event.

Photography & Videography Notice

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/ their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purposes by the organiser of PetExpo 2024 (MP Singapore), its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar events, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of the event. You release the organiser of PetExpo staff and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by the organiser of PetExpo or the person or entity designated to do so by the organiser of PetExpo.
