Lucky Draw Policy

This Lucky Draw Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the participation, selection, and awarding process of the lucky draw organised by MP Singapore Pte Ltd (“Organiser”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participant agrees to comply with the Policy detailed below.

Eligibility

This lucky draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria.

• Participants must submit their entry before 5:55 PM daily.
• The following people are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  a. Employees and their immediate family members and/ or relatives living in the same household.
  b. PetExpo® vendors, exhibitors, partners, sponsors, contractors including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and immediate family members and/ or relatives living in the same household.

Contest & Lucky Draws

PetExpo® shall conduct three (3) draws over the period of three (3) days. The dates and times to be set out below:

• Each Participant can enter the Lucky Draw by filling out a lucky draw ticket indicating their name, email, and phone number.
• Only lucky draw tickets attached with purchase receipts from PetExpo® 2025’s Exhibitors are eligible.
• Each lucky draw coupon has two (2) parts. One part is to be placed in the lucky draw box together with the attached receipts and one to be kept by the participant.
• The lucky draw tickets submitted for the said day will only be eligible for the draw on the same day. No lucky draw ticket will be considered for any day other than the day it was submitted.
• Upon submission of the lucky draw coupon, a hole will be punctured into your wristband.
• Only one lucky draw entry is permitted per participant for each day of the draw.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly using manual drawing on site by a member of staff from PetExpo®.
• The draw will take place at 6:00 PM daily from 25 April 2025 – 27 April 2025.
• The winners will be announced onsite at the Pet Academy Arena.
• If the winner is not around or fails to claim the prize at PetExpo® 2025, the Organiser will contact the winner through email and/ or telephone to arrange for a collection of the prize at the Organiser’s office.

Prize Redemption

• MP Singapore Pte Ltd may in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prize with another of similar value.
• Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services, MP Singapore Pte Ltd will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes.
• The images of prizes in all marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may be different from the images shown.
• The prizes are provided on an “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis. MP Singapore Pte Ltd does not warrant, represent or guarantee the usability or quality of the prizes, or that the claims made by the manufacturers, distributors and/or service providers of the prizes are accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, MP Singapore Pte Ltd disclaims all warranties (whether express or implied) including but not limited to warranties that the prizes will meet the prize winners’ requirements, warranties of satisfactory quality. All warranty claims about a prize shall be directed to the applicable manufacturer/service provider and not to MP Singapore Pte Ltd. Upon the issuance of a prize to a winning Participant, neither MP Singapore Pte Ltd nor its employees, directors, officers, agents or assignee shall be responsible or liable in any way to any person for any prizes that are tampered with, damaged, or not working properly.
• All prizes which remain unclaimed or uncollected within (2) months from the announcement of winners, for any reason whatsoever, may be donated to a charity chosen at the sole discretion of MP Singapore Pte Ltd. No further requests shall be entertained after this 2-month period.

Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules, tampering with the Lucky Draw, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of the draw will result in immediate disqualification.

Privacy & Data Protection

• By participating, participants agree that their personal information may be used by the Organiser for the purposes of conducting the Lucky Draw and prize fulfilment .
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organisers’ privacy policy. The privacy policy can be found at https://petexposg.com/privacy-policy/

Liability & Disputes

• The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the Lucky Draw or the prizes.
• In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.

Jurisdiction

• Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court all disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract and conditions, including any question relating to their existence, validity or termination

Amendments & Termination

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice.
