Animal Lovers League (ALL) is a registered charity and home to over 400 dogs and cats, and the animals under their care consist of vagrant strays, abandoned, traumatised, abused and rescued animals. ALL is strictly no-kill. ALL aims to encourage the public to adopt instead of buying animals, and endeavour to rejoin the animals at ALL with loving and committed families.

“Some of the many different tasks that founders, as well as volunteers carry out to care for the animals include feeding them, treating sick animals, bringing them for veterinary check ups and when they are sick or injured, vaccinating them against illnesses, and neutering/sterilising them. In addition, ALL also feeds hungry strays on the streets.ALL constantly needs the support of the public to help keep the charity running and continue caring for the animals. Some of the ways members of the public can help include, giving monetary contributions and monthly pledges, donating food for the cats and dogs and fostering the animals.”

We started as a handful of volunteers who feed stray dogs every evening in the eastern side of Singapore. It all began in 2009 when one of us spotted a skeleton-thin dog standing in the middle of a two-laned road in an industrial area and gave the dog her takeaway dinner – a packet of chicken rice. And from that evening onward, rain or shine, the dog will faithfully wait at that same corner of the road at the same hour every day for the same person to come and feed her. Today, by this similar kind of acquaintances, we feed about 50 dogs over a few locations daily. We have also sterilized and got many of them adopted to good homes with which we still keep in touch.

CWS was formed in July 1999 by a group of friends who got together to help community cats and kittens after being outraged by a newspaper report about 5 kittens being burned alive in a box. In 1999, more than 13,000 cats were culled that year in a bid to control the stray population. That equated to an average of 35 cats killed every single day.

CWS set about to reduce this number with the aim of eliminating it entirely. Our tireless campaigning over the years against the inhumane culling of cats has resulted in a record low of less than 1000 cats put down since 2015.

Over the years, CWS has grown from strength to strength and evolved in its vision and mission. Our work has expanded to include community mediation and frontline intervention, community cat population management, education on responsible practices, outreach, and advocacy.

Bunny Wonderland

Bunny Wonderland is a private rabbit welfare group based in Singapore. It was created by Ms Jackie Fang to improve accurate care for rabbits and promote responsible pet ownership. Voices for Animals

Voices For Animals rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes retired breeding dogs.
We are a group of animal lovers who are passionate about animal welfare in Singapore. We strive to be the Voices for Animals to tell their stories. We are registered Society, we are actively involved in animal rescue (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and other domesticated pets), stray feeding and re-homing of the
animals.

Project Luni

Project LUNI is a non-profit foundation registered in Singapore that focuses on helping cats with 4 pilars:
1. TNR (trap-neuter-return / sterilisation program)
2. Responsible feeding of over 700 street cats daily
3. Providing medical care for injured and sick street cats
4. Rescue, fostering and rehoming of cats and kittens

Since launching in 2016, Project LUNI has rehomed over 1,400 cats and kittens.
A key pillar of Project LUNI’s work is our Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage programme which has neutered over 1100 cats so far.
We also support several feeders who responsibly feed cats all over Singapore with monthly food donations and medical care for community cats, to ensure the cats are well-cared for after release.
Each month, we have bills up to SGD 40,000 per month and rely on kind donations from the public to help as many cats as possible each year.

Chained Dog Awareness

Singapore currently has no laws in place to restrict dog tethering/chaining. Chaining dogs is unfortunately legal in Singapore, and it is one of the cruelest punishments imaginable for a social animal like a dog. Dog chained to a post whole day and night and denied the opportunity to engage in any normal activities that promote physical and emotional health will eventually suffer from being isolated, consistently alone, intense boredom, frustration, depression and most of all, sadness.

Action for Singapore Dogs

We aim to fulfill our mission through various activities and programs including rescuing, fostering and re-homing of stray and abandoned dogs, advocating sterilization to control the stray population, responsible pet ownership and highlighting the virtues of our local dogs, the Singapore Specials.

To date, we have rehomed over 3000 dogs and have about 150 dogs under our care. These dogs are housed at our Adoption & Rescue Centre and in foster homes.

All our work require tremendous amounts of monetary and manpower resources and we hope you can join us in giving these dogs a second chance at life, be it a donation, sponsorship, fostering or adopting or volunteering in the many different aspects of our work.

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-governmental, registered animal welfare charity with IPC status. We rely mainly on donations from our supporters to continue our important role as animal protectors.

Approximately $4,000,000 annually is required to run all our services including 24/7 emergency rescues, cruelty & welfare investigations, Singapore’s only community animal clinic, an adoption programme, education outreach, reuniting lost pets with owners, sterilisations for community animals, and a shelter for over 200 unwanted, abused or abandoned animals every month.
