Can tickets be purchased on-site?

Yes, tickets will be sold on-site at our registration counters. We strongly encourage visitors to purchase tickets via our website or our Official Mobile App Partner, POCCA to avoid the long queues and enjoy a hassle-free visit to Pet Expo 2017.

What is the difference between tickets purchased via website and POCCA?

Tickets purchased via POCCA will be discounted – $4 for a 1-day pass and $10 for a 3-day pass.

Is there a need to provide my personal details when purchasing tickets?

Yes, it is important to provide your personal details so that we can assist you if you have any questions about your booking or when we need to contact you for any changes to the event.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children below 12 years old get free entry.

I cannot go for the event. Can I get a refund?

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is confirmed, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After a successful online transaction, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address submitted during your purchase. Please make sure that the email has not gone to your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk Mail’ folder.

What happens next after I purchased my ticket? Will I receive an e-ticket?

There is no e-ticket. Information on the admission pass will be emailed to you one week before Pet Expo 2017. You will then present your admission pass at the registration counter to exchange for a wristband for entry.


My payment is directed out of Pet Expo website, is it safe?

Yes, it is safe. You will be directed to POCCA’s page, our Official Mobile App Partner

Is NETS payment available when I purchase things at Pet Expo 2017?

Ticket purchase is strictly cash only. For product purchases, it varies from exhibitor to exhibitor. We strongly encourage visitors to bring lots of cash, just to be safe.


Is Pet Expo 2017 event approved by AVA?

Yes, Pet Expo 2017 event is approved and supported by Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of
Singapore (AVA).

What can I expect from this event?

A fun day spent with your pets! Bring your furkids out for the weekend as they will be able to meet and play with their friends, while you can explore the largest pet fair in Singapore. You can expect to see animal welfare groups with animals up for adoption, comprehensive showcase of the latest pet products from our exhibitors, attend engaging programmes at our stage area, participate in exciting contests and competitions, and last but not least, have a chance to win in our annual Pet Expo lucky draw.

How many people are expected to be there?

Pet Expo had a record high of 27,565 visitors last year. We are expecting only more visitors each year as the interest in pet ownership increases every year. Only bring your pet if your pet doesn’t get stressed out in crowded and noisy situations.

May I bring my pet to pet Expo 2017?

Definitely! We encourage pet owners to bring their pets to Pet Expo to meet the pet community. Pets are entitled to FREE admission, but owners have to be responsible and clean up after their own pets.

I keep seeing POCCA branding on Pet Expo website. What is POCCA?

POCCA is our Official Mobile App Partner. It is a Pets Online Community Club Application that is an ultimate tool for pet owners to stay updated on any pet related news, events, services and products. With one single application, pet lovers can join events near them, create social groups, buy the latest products at discounted prices, book appointments for
their pets and also keep track of their pets’ health and habits through their growing years.


Will visiting pets at the Pet Expo be segregated (dog zone/cat zone etc)?

No. Pet Expo 2017 serves as a platform for the pet community to meet; all pets will be on the same ground. All dogs must be on leash at all times and dogs of a certain species are required to be muzzled at all times. Please check if your dogs are required to be muzzled here. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet’s safety.

Will there be any pet facilities for my pet to defecate and urinate?

Yes. There will be pet toilets in the Pet Expo Hall. There will also be Peepads and waste bags provided around the hall. Please be responsible for your own pets and clean up after your pets.
